Based on rumors so far, upcoming Moto G 3rd Gen will include a 5 Inch HD display, powered by quad core Snapdragon 410 processor tweaked to run at slightly higher frequency, 1 GB RAM, 8 GB/ 16 GB storage, 4G LTE and 2410 mAh battery. Moto G doesn’t look like a major upgrade and for the second time too. This could have a negative impact on its popularity.
Moto X 3rd Gen on the other hand will include 5.2 Inch Super AMOLED display with 2k QHD resolution, Snapdragon 808 hexa core chipset, 4 GB RAM, 16 MP rear camera, 5 MP front camera and 3280 mAh battery.

Both handsets will include latest Android 5.1 Lollipop operating system and this year, Motorola is likely to launch Moto Maker in India too! Moto Maker will allow users to customize rear panel design on their Moto devices. Based on the cryptic phrases included in the invite, new Moto devices might also be water resistant certified.
