The new Amazfit Verge Lite has a similar design with 1.3-inch AMOLED Screen and a water-resistant body with IP68 ratings. It also comes with continuous heart rate monitoring and has several Sports Modes, including Running, Treadmill, Exercise and more. But it doesn’t come with mic and speaker to take calls, which are there on Verge. It also lacks Wi-Fi connectivity, Gyroscope, Geomagnetic sensor and the Air pressure sensor from the Verge. However, it has GPS + GLONASS connectivity to precisely track your activities and it also promises up to 20 days of battery life.
Amazfit Verge Lite Features
The new Amazfit Verge Lite sports a 1.3-inch AMOLED display with (360 x 360 pixels) resolution and it is also protected by Corning Gorilla Glass 3. The watch has IP 68 certification for dust and water resistance.
Connectivity features include Bluetooth 5.0 LE, GPS, and GLONASS. The watch is compatible with Android 4.4 or later and iOS 9.0 or later. It packs a 390mAh battery with up to 20 days of battery life. The watch supports Smart Notifications feature for Call/Text, Calendar, Email, and other apps. It also comes with Sleep Monitoring, Music Control, Silent Alarms, and Event Reminder support.
If we talk about activity tracking, it supports detailed sports tracking including running, walking, cycling, climbing, skiing, and more. For this, it has 3 Multi-axis acceleration sensor. It also has an Ambient Light Sensor and an Optical heart rate monitor (PPG).
