Physical Overview

It looks like prominent tech manufacturers have put their focus on built and design of their mid-range smartphones. We have seen this with Nokia’s new lineup and Moto G5 also reflects the same. With high-quality diamond-cut aluminum chassis, Moto G5’s design is in line with the high-end models of the company. The first glance will give you the feel of well built and the next noticing factor is the smaller screen. The G4 was equipped with a 5.5-inch display that somewhere pushed the smartphone to the phablet territory. This time, the manufacturer has changed its strategy and introduced a smaller screen, a 5-inch display but, with this, it is compact and feels a lot more comfortable. The metal design further makes everything smooth and refined.

  At the front, the phone features a 5-inch display with Moto branding on the top. The top also features the front camera and ambient light sensor. Below the screen, there is a fingerprint sensor.

At the back, the uniform metal body features big rounded 13MP camera and LED flash with Moto logo just below it.

On the bottom, the primary mic and micro-USB port is placed.

On the front, the device sports a 5 MP secondary camera with f/2.2 aperture.
