The 360-degree video renders feature a red coloured Moto C and a black/grey coloured Moto C Plus. Taking a cue from the footage, we suspect that both the smartphones may rock user-removable back. However, we are not yet sure of their batteries will be user replaceable too.

Motorola Moto C and C Plus Specifications

Going by the leaked video render, both the smartphones are expected to feature a design language which is similar to the Moto G5 or G5 Plus. Externally, the Moto C and the C Plus are very similar. However, one notable difference is the presence of a camera bump in the latter which is absent in the former. Coming to specifications, both the Moto C and Moto C Plus will boast 5-inch display. The former will feature an 854 x 480 resolution, while the latter will rock HD (1280 x 720) resolution. Moving on to the inside, MediaTek chips power up both the future handsets. The Moto C will have two variants – 3G and 4G. The former will come with a 32-bit processor running at 1.3 GHz, while the latter will house a 64-bit SoC clocked at 1.1 GHz. On the other hand, the Moto C Plus shall be available in 4G version only and it will sport a 64-bit chip running at 1.3 GHz. Moving on to memory department, the Moto C should come in both 8 GB and 16 GB models with a standard 1 GB of RAM. The Moto C Plus will sport either 1 GB or 2 GB of RAM but with a fixed 16 GB internal memory. Android 7 Nougat shall be the operating system in both the upcoming devices.

Talking about the optics, the Moto C will feature a 5 MP camera. It will be a fixed focus one in the 3G variant, while the 4G model will have an autofocus unit of the same resolution. The Moto C Plus is going to come with an 8 MP autofocus rear camera regardless of its version. Both the Moto C and C Plus will pack 2 MP front cameras assisted with a dedicated LED flash.

Finally, speaking of the battery, Moto C will come with a 2350mAh cell, whereas the Moto C Plus shall boast a 4000mAh one. While we don’t yet have any idea about the release date of the Moto C family, you can easily expect them to be available under Rs. 6,500 in India.
