The Google Local Services program does a background check on all employees, which includes criminal record, proper licensing and insurances. Moreover, Google is so confident on this new Local Services program that they are even offering a money-back guarantee if the contractor messes up. This has been termed as ‘Google Guarantee’ and the money will be returned to you straight via Google. Google is really confident on this program and it is expected to reach 30 US cities by the end of the year. Google will ensure that companies which have a better reputation, good service and are known for honest employees rank better on search.
