During the launch, HMD Global also revealed that all of its Android smartphones launched today will be Android One branded, suggesting that they will get fast updates.
Nokia 7 Plus Specifications
The Nokia 7 Plus runs on Android 8.0 Oreo out-of-the box. It features a 6 inch full HD+ IPS LCD panel with a resolution of 2160 x 1080 pixels and an aspect ratio of 18:9. The display is protected by Corning Gorilla Glass 3.
In terms of performance, the Nokia 7 Plus runs on Qualcomm Snapdragon 660 processor coupled with Adreno 512 GPU. It comes with 4GB RAM and 64GB of internal storage which can be further expanded up to 256GB via a microSD card. Coming to the camera department, the Nokia 7 Plus features a dual camera setup on the back – there is a 12MP primary camera with an f/1.75 aperture, 1.4 micron pixels and a secondary 13MP camera, assisted by a dual tone dual LED flash. On the front, the Nokia 7 Plus comes with a 16MP f/2.0 camera. It is worth noting that all these three cameras are powered by Carl Zeiss lens and the phone will come with the Nokia Pro camera and Nokia Pro audio experience. Other specs of the Nokia 7 Plus include a fingerprint sensor, dual SIM, 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi ac, Bluetooth 5.0, GPS and NFC. The phone is backed by a 3800mAh battery.
Nokia 7 Plus pricing and availability
The Nokia 7 Plus has been priced at 399 Euros (approx Rs. 31,750) and will be made available in April. Detailed availability and Indian pricing information is not available at the moment.
