In a report, NokiaPowerUser claims that the Nokia 8 Pro could be a renamed Nokia 10. While there are no renders that have been revealed yet, we could see HMD Global differentiate to some extent in terms of the optics of the Nokia 8 Pro.

Nokia 8 Pro leaked specifications

For the uninitiated, the Nokia 8 Pro is expected to be one of the upcoming flagship devices from the HMD Global led Finnish brand. To start with, it is now tipped to come with the latest Snapdragon 845 processor from Qualcomm. There is also an innovative camera setup that we may see on the device. Earlier, leaked sketches and reports suggested that we could see penta-lens camera setup on the device. This camera is tipped to come with rotating zoom lenses from Carl Zeiss optics. The module is shown in a similar camera bump as seen on the earlier Nokia Lumia devices. We can expect to see the device in the third quarter of this year. Judging by the sketches, we can also see a glass back on the Nokia 8 Pro. This glass back may also provide for wireless charging capabilities. The fingerprint sensor is also rear mounted which indicates the presence of on-screen navigation buttons and toned down bezels on the phone. Coming to other specifications, the Nokia 8 Pro is also tipped to come with an 18:9 aspect ratio. We also believe the leak as it is high time that Nokia moved to a modern aspect ratio on their devices. We may also get to see the phone running the latest version of Android, seeing the current track record of HMD Global.
