The company earlier promised to come up with some good news on Thursday via social channels and today, it announced the arrival of Redmi Note 3 in India. The company in a tweet said, “RT the awesome news that a new #RedmiNote3 is coming.” The company has started a Redmi Note 3 Explorer contest for 100 lucky winners in India, which surely indicates that the smartphone will soon hit the Indian shores.
The details of the Redmi Note 3 Explorer contest are listed on the Mi India website. The terms and conditions of the contest state that 100 lucky explorers will get a chance to try their hands on the Redmi Note 3. They will be allotted certain missions, they can increase their chances of winning by completing the maximum number of missions. The last date to register for the explorer contest in January 31. You can enter the contest simply by registering your details and answering couple of simple questions; you can also create and submit missions to win one Mi Band every day.
The 100 lucky explorers will be ranked by counting the completion most number of missions. Xiaomi India will give away 100 phones to different explorers before the launch and then the explorers have to complete the given missions. The phones will be given for a limited period of time and will be taken back by the company after the contest is over. We have no idea about the number of winners and the prize but we can expect the company to give away the Redmi Note 3 to the selected explorers.
