The handset will be shipped within 5-7 business days or customers can pick it up from a nearby authorized retailer.

The Jio Phone 2 features a 2.4-inch QVGA display. Unlike JioPhone, the Jio Phone 2 comes with a QWERTY Keypad with a dedicated 4-way navigation key just like a BlackBerry phone. The display is also larger and it is a dual SIM phone. The phone, however, still runs KaiOS. There is 512MB RAM and 4GB internal storage that is expandable up to 128GB via microSD card. The phone has a 2MP rear camera and a VGA camera at front. Connectivity options include 4G VoLTE, VoWi-Fi, Bluetooth, GPS, NFC, and FM radio.
