Talking about the Samsung Galaxy Tab 4 8.0, the tablet boasts of an 8 inch WXGA display panel that packs a resolution of 1280×800 pixels. There is a quad-core processor clocked at 1.2 GHz paired with 1.5 GB of RAM. Running on Android 4.4 KitKat, the tablet is fitted with a 3 MP fixed focus rear snapper and a 1.3 MP front-facing camera. Furthermore, there are connectivity aspects such as Bluetooth 4.0, Wi-Fi, GPS and 3G and 16 GB of internal storage space that can be expanded up to 64 GB with the help of a micro SD card. Under the hood is a battery of 4,450 mAh capacity to meet the power requirements.

Coming to the Samsung Galaxy Tab 4 10.1, the device includes a 10.1 inch WXGA display carrying a resolution of 1280×800 pixels. The processor, RAM, storage, camera and connectivity traits remain identical to its 8 inch sibling. However, to cater to the power demands of the 10.1 inch display, the tablet houses a juicier 6,800 mAh battery. The Galaxy Tab 4 8.0 and Galaxy Tab 4 10.1 are Rs 23,960 and Rs 30,498 respectively and they are out of stock for now. We believe that Samsung will open pre-order or sale of these slates soon after official release and also launch the Wi-Fi variants of the same in near future.
