Infinix Hot 8
Hong Kong-based Infinix Mobile is all set to launch an affordable smartphone under its HOT series in India on September 4. The Infinix Hot 8 will sport a dewdrop-notch display, triple rear cameras, and a massive 5,000mAh battery. This will be a budget and its price has already been revealed by the company on Flipkart. With the starting price of Rs. 6,999, Hot 8 will be the most affordable phone with triple cameras.
Nokia 6.2/ 7.2/9.1
HMD Global is expected to launch not one but three mobile phones at IFA event next week. These phones might include- Nokia 6.2, Nokia 7.2 and Nokia 9.1 PureView. While the first two will be the budget and mid-range offerings from the company, the latter will be a flagship device. Earlier leaks have revealed that the Nokia 6.2 pack the Snapdragon 660, the 7.2 will pack the Snapdragon 710 and the 9.1 PureView will pack the Snapdragon 855 Plus chipsets inside. Apart from upgraded hardware, these phones are also to come with upgraded cameras. and like ever the Android One branding.
Lenovo K10 Note, A6 Note
Lenovo is planning to launch two new phones the Lenovo A6 Note and K10 Note on September 5 in India. The smaller A6 Note will come with a 6.09-inch HD+ LCD waterdrop notch display, 13MP+2MP dual camera, Helio P22 chipset paired with 2/3GB RAM and 4,000 mAh battery. The Lenovo K10 Note comes with a 6.3-inch FHD+ LCD waterdrop notch display, Snapdragon 710 SoC, triple camera setup that is capable of 2x optical zoom, and a 4,050 mAh battery with 18W fast charging over the type-C.
Vivo Z1X
Vivo Z1x will be the next phone in the company’s Z-series lineup in India, after the launch of Z1 Pro just a few days back. The Z1X will be launched in India on September 6. The smartphone will be powered by the same Snapdragon 712 SoC but it will come with a Super AMOLED display, a 48-megapixel primary sensor consisting of the Sony IMX582 sensor and a 32-megapixel selfie camera.
Apple iPhone 11 Series
Apple will release its twelveth major smartphone series on the 10th of September in the USA and India launch will be followed thereafter. According to the reports and leaks so far, like last year, Apple will launch at least three devices which will be the iPhone 11, iPhone 11 Pro and the iPhone 11 Max. These will be the successors to the iPhone XR, iPhone XS, and the iPhone XS Max. The upcoming iPhones are expected to retain the same design as their predecessors but to come with significant changes in the cameras.
Huawei Mate 30 Series
Huawei is all set to hold a major launch event on September 19 to announce the Mate 30 and the Mate 30 Pro smartphones. These are the successors to the Mate 20 series that was launched last year. The leaks have revealed that these will come with a similar design to their predecessors and a new quad-camera set up on the back.
Both the Mate 30 and 30 Pro are expected to be powered by the latest Kirin 985 SoC with up to 12GB of RAM and 512GB of storage. These will also feature the facial recognition technology as well as an in-display fingerprint scanner. The phones are expected to be unveiled in India in late September.
OnePlus 7T/7T Pro
After the launch of OnePlus 7 and OnePlus 7 Pro earlier this year, OnePlus is all set to upgrade these phones with their T variants. The reports state that the OnePlus 7T and OnePlus 7T Pro will be launched first in India on the 26th of September. According to leaks, the upcoming smartphones will feature a similar design to their previous models. The upgrades will be in terms of specs. Both handsets will get the latest Snapdragon 855 Plus SoC. The OnePlus 7T may also get a camera upgrade and a triple camera setup on the device is expected. There could also be McLaren Edition of 7T Pro, as per recent reports.
Realme XT
Realme is also planning to launch its first 64MP quad-camera phone in India at the September end. The company has already revealed the details of this Realme XT phone via a tech brief in China recently. The successor to Realme X will feature a Super AMOLED display, Gorilla Glass 5 protected body, quad-camera set up with a 64MP sensor, and a Snapdragon 712 chipset.
