The new Mi TV 4S also comes with multipurpose Mi Remote Control, which also has infrared sensor along with Bluetooth, so it works with most of the appliances. The Mi TV 4S also has Mi Touch that replaces traditional navigation buttons so you can use gestures to control and Speech Recognition for voice control. Xiaomi has launched the Mi TV 4S in China as of now and there is no word on its India launch. However, in India, the company had launched Mi TV 4 and Mi TV 4A just a few days ago.
Xiaomi Mi TV 4S 55-inch Specifications
The new Mi TV 4S comes with a 55-inch 4K (3840 x 2160 pixels) display with 178-degree viewing angle. It has 8ms dynamic response and it runs on PatchWall UI based on Android. The Mi TV 4S comes with two 8W speakers, DOLBY AUDIO and DTS- HD audio dual decoding.
The Mi TV 4S is powered by a 1.5GHz quad-core Amlogic Cortex-A53 processor with 750MHz Mali-450 MP3 GPU. Memory wise, it packs 2GB RAM and 8GB internal memory. Connectivity options on the TV include WiFi 802.11 ac (2.4 / 5GHz), Bluetooth 4.2 LE, 3 HDMI port, AV, 2 USB port and 1 port for Ethernet connection. The TV also supports HDR 10 and HLG, H.264, H.265, Real, MPEG1/2/4, WMV3, and VC-1 formats.
Mi TV 4S Pricing and Availability
The Xiaomi Mi TV 4S 55-inch is priced at 2999 yuan (Rs. 31,020 approx.) in China. It will be available via mi.com in China during Mi Fan Festival sale on April 3. There is no information on its Indias availability as of now.
